How much does it cost me? |

-There is no cost to sign up to receive special offers and promotional information from your favorite places. Standard text messaging rates will apply. There are no Premium Charges. |

How many messages will I get? |
|
-That’s up to you. TEXTERS will inform you of the number of messages that they send each month. As the requestor, you can change how often you want to receive messages from each TEXTER by going to "MY TEXT CLUBS." Limit it to once a month or leave it open so that you’ll receive all the information and freebies from your favorite places. |

How do I sign up for a TEXT CLUB? |
|
-There are 2 ways to sign up: From your phone: Simply text the TEXTER’s keyword to 71813. You will receive a confirmation text to confirm your sign up. From our web site: Go to www.textbyrequest.com and sign up with all of your favorite TEXTERS. |

How do I unsubscribe? |
|
-You have the option to "opt-out" from receiving Texts from one or all of our TEXTERS at any time. To Opt-Out of one text club simply text "STOP" and the text club keyword to 71813. To Opt-out of all Text Clubs text "STOP ALL" to 71813. |

What types of Texts can I expect to receive? |
|
-We work closely with the TEXTERS to ensure that they are sending you the Texts that you want to receive. Your favorite bars may send you a text inviting you to a special event with an offer for a complimentary drink when you arrive. Your favorite restaurant or retailer may send you a text for a discount or free item next time you come in. Pick your favorite places, become one of their favorite customers. |

Will my Phone Number be shared? |
|
Your entire phone number will not be shared. We will provide the TEXTER with a list of Area Codes and Prefixes to help them deliver messages to the right people. |

Why do you want Zip Codes? |
|
We use Zip Codes to help our TEXTERS deliver messages that are specific to a geographic location. For example, a restaurant chain may have different menu items in different cities and would only want to send you offers that you can use in your area. |

How do I use a mobile coupon? |

Are you going to "SPAM" my phone? |

Absolutely Not! Our business is founded on the premise of "OPT-IN' only. In addition to that we closely monitor our TEXTERS messages to make sure that they are not abusing our message delivery system. |
